Features:

Natural-origin glycosaminoglycan pharmaceutical composed primarily of a fast-moving heparin/heparan-sulfate-like fraction (~80%) and dermatan sulfate (~20%). It has antithrombotic, profibrinolytic, endothelial-protective, glycocalyx-protective, anti-inflammatory, and microcirculatory effects. Sulodexide has also been studied clinically for chronic subjective tinnitus, possibly through improvement of cochlear microvascular/endothelial function. It is generally classified as a drug rather than a conventional dietary supplement.
