Function: IQGAP3 is a multidomain scaffold protein that regulates cell proliferation, cytoskeletal organization, adhesion, migration, and intracellular signaling. It interacts with small GTPase- and kinase-associated signaling networks and can influence pathways including RAS/ERK and PI3K/AKT.

Cancer: ↑ Frequently overexpressed in multiple cancers and associated with increased proliferation, migration, invasion, epithelial-mesenchymal transition, metastasis, and poor clinical outcome. IQGAP3 knockdown or inhibition commonly suppresses tumor-cell growth and invasive behavior in experimental models.
