Olive oil is ~70–80% oleic acid.<br>
It contributes by:<br>
-reducing inflammation<br>
-improving membrane lipid composition<br>
-lowering oxidative stress compared to omega-6-rich oils<br>
<br>
But oleic acid alone does not account for the strongest anticancer effects—those come from the phenolic fraction (especially oleocanthal).
