CD25, also known as interleukin-2 receptor alpha (IL-2Rα) chain, is a protein that plays a crucial role in the immune system. Primarily expressed on the surface of activated T cells, regulatory T cells (Tregs), and some types of cancer cells.

CD25+ cells have been found to be associated with various types of tumors.
